Here's last week's activity log:
This week I've upped my interval to 3 min run/1 min walk. My breating is fine, but it's a little harder on the legs. Not really sore, though.
MON - 55 minute walk/jog (3 min jog/1 min walk)
TUE - 30 minute w/ weights. Reduced poundage a bit because of my shoulder.
WED - 55 minute walk/jog (3 min jog/1 min walk)
THU - nada
FRI - nada
SAT - My first brick. A brick is where you ride and then immediately transition to running. It simulates the last two legs of the triathlon. It's called a brick because your legs feel like bricks when you get off the bike (I guess).
I did the brick with a neighbor, Rob Blake.
Ride - 9 miles - 22 minutes
Run - 3 miles - 31 minutes
