Here's last week's activity log:

We are the champions!

We won both of our matches, the first one without our college-playing ringers. Both matches went to 3 games, but we pulled it out.

I would post a picture, but I brought the camera with no memory card, so no photos. Sorry.


I increased my running tim to 4 min jog / 2 min walk this week and it still feels good.

MON - No running. Wanted fresh legs for volleyball.

TUE - 35 min lifting weights.

WED - 55 minute walk/jog (4 min jog/2 min walk)

THU - nada

FRI - 55 minute walk/jog (4 min jog/2 min walk)

SAT - nada
