MON - 55 minute walk/jog (3 min jog/1 min walk)
TUE - nada
WED - 55 minute walk/jog (3 min jog/1 min walk)
THU - nada
FRI - 55 minute walk/jog (3 min jog/1 min walk) Ran with Joni.
SUN - Left my mom's church a bit early and took a 1 hour cold walk in the hills in Orangevale. Very nice.
